日本人吃東西是相當講究的。我們不僅講究味道,也講究食材的產地、食材的季節、調味的方法等。日本傳統的懷石料理尤其有這樣的特點,使用新鮮的時令食材,調味時充分利用食材本身的味道;盛菜的器物也是有講究,而且材料和 料理方法很重視季節感。
